The Office of Graduate Student Equity & Excellence (GSEE) and the Office of Graduate Student Affairs (GSA) are thrilled to welcome our incoming graduate students to the University of Washington!
Start the academic year off right with good people, good food, and good music for a great time!
Community Connections is an excellent opportunity for our students from diverse experiences and perspectives and first-generation grad students to build connection and community across disciplines.
The second half of Community Connections is our In-Person Reception for all new and returning graduate students. Come as you are. Invite other graduate students from your department or come solo and enjoy the company of your fellow graduate community. There will be food, refreshments and music!
Doors open at 4:30 pm and the reception ends promptly at 7:30 pm.
This event is Part 2 of a two-part event series. If you are interested in registering for GSEE's Community Connections: Virtual Student Panel (Day 1), on Wednesday, October 15, visit https://apply.grad.uw.edu/register/CC_VirtualPanel_2025.
