GRE Requirements GRE Requirement: Optional/Not Required. Submitting GRE scores is not required. However, if official scores are submitted, they may be considered during the review process. More Information: Submitting a GMAT/GRE score is optional for all applicants. However, we strongly advise that the following applicants submit GMAT/GRE scores to strengthen their application: International applicants who have not completed an undergraduate or graduate degree in the United States Applicants who have less than 2 years of post-baccalaureate professional experience Applicants who have between a 3.0-3.25 GPA, or equivalent, on a 4.0 scale Additional Instructions After fulfilling the minimum UW Graduate School Admission requirements, applicants are evaluated case by case.
