A minimum 3.0 grade-point-average on a 4-point scale (or equivalent measures of performance if a graduate of an institution with no grading system) for those credits earned at the institution awarding the bachelor’s degree OR at least a 3.0 grade-point-average (on a 4-point scale) for the last 90 graded quarter credits or 60 graded semester credits. For applicants to the E-CRiT concentration only: After the admissions reviews are completed, the Admissions Committee will reach out to selected applicants for a short conversational interview. The GRE is no longer required. GRE Requirements GRE Requirement: Not Considered. GRE scores are not required and, if submitted, will not be considered during the admissions decision process. LEDE Concentration with Residency Principal certification: LEDE Concentration with Program Administrator certification: Non-Native English Speaker Information Graduate School requirement: English language proficiency (ELP) is required for graduate study at the University of Washington. Therefore, every applicant whose native language is not English must demonstrate English language proficiency as outlined in Graduate School Policy 3.2. Note: School of Educational Studies Graduate Programs require applicants to meet the “Recommended Score (ELP Satisfied).
