    Applicants must:
    • Have a DMD/DDS degree (or equivalent)
    • Submit an ADEA PASS application (617-612-2065)
    • Must register with the Postdoctoral Dental Matching Program (MATCH, 800-461-6322)

    More Information:  Required materials for International applicants:

    Foreign trained dentists do not need to submit National Board scores. Applicants that graduated from dental schools outside the U.S. must submit scores from the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) and Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). These scores must be received prior to the August 1st deadline. The GRE and TOEFL examinations can be taken online..

    Non-Native English Speaker Information
    Graduate School requirement: English language proficiency (ELP) is required for graduate study at the University of Washington. Therefore, every applicant whose native language is not English must demonstrate English language proficiency as outlined in Graduate School Policy 3.2.

    International Student Information
    Applicants who will need a visa should reference the International Applicant Information page. If admitted to the program, international students requesting an F1 or J1 visa will be required to provide financial ability documentation to the UW Graduate School.
