A minimum of 1 year in clinical practice is preferred. An ADEA PASS application is required. Check the program website for materials to be submitted to ADEA PASS. If DDS (or equivalent) is from a non-US or Canadian dental school applicant must have already passed NDBE parts 1 & 2 or INDBE to apply. Official NDBE Exam results must be submitted directly to the ADEA PASS application. GRE Requirements GRE Requirement: Not Considered. GRE scores are not required and, if submitted, will not be considered during the admissions decision process. Additional Instructions TOEFL iBT or IELTS Academic test: Required of all non-native English speakers who have completed their dental degree outside the US or Canada. TOEFL iBT minimum 95, IELTS minimum 6.5. Official scores must be submitted electronically through ADEA PASS (ADEA PASS code C352). Non-Native English Speaker Information Graduate School requirement: English language proficiency (ELP) is required for graduate study at the University of Washington.
