    Requirements and Prerequisites
    Prerequisites for this program include:

    1) A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in a science discipline, health sciences, engineering or law.

    2) At least one year of professional experience in the medical products industry (desired).

    This program does NOT require students to take the GRE.

    GRE Requirement: Not Considered. GRE scores are not required and, if submitted, will not be considered during the admissions decision process.

    Non-Native English Speaker Information
    Graduate School requirement: English language proficiency (ELP) is required for graduate study at the University of Washington. Therefore, every applicant whose native language is not English must demonstrate English language proficiency as outlined in Graduate School Policy 3.2.

    International Student Information
    Applicants who will need a visa should reference the International Applicant Information page. If admitted to the program, international students requesting an F1 or J1 visa will be required to provide financial ability documentation to the UW Graduate School.

    For the cohort entering in Autumn, all international application materials must be submitted by March 1, incomplete applications after this date will not be reviewed.
