Contact Information MHIHIM Program Office Program Website +1 206-543-5308 mhihim@uw.edu Requirements and Prerequisites A minimum 3.0 grade-point-average on a 4-point scale (or equivalent measures of performance if a graduate of an institution with no grading system) for those credits earned at the institution awarding the bachelor’s degree OR at least a 3.0 grade-point-average (on a 4-point scale) for the last 90 graded quarter credits or 60 graded semester credits. GRE scores are not required and, if submitted, will not be considered during the admissions decision process. Additional Instructions GRE scores are not required. Applicants using test scores to satisfy this requirement must meet the ELP Satisfied level. Applicants who meet only the minimum proficiency requirement but do not reach the ELP Satisfied level will not be considered for admission. International Student Information International students are not eligible to receive an F-1 visa I-20 or the J-1 DS-2019 from the University of Washington for this program. However, international students, who do not require a student visa and are able to attend a part-time, residential program, should review their visa requirements or consult with their visa sponsor regarding their eligibility to enroll in a graduate program.
