    Requirements and Prerequisites
    Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university in the United States, or its equivalent from a foreign institution.

    Applicants with a lower undergraduate GPA can still be admitted if they are otherwise qualified. Applicants with GPA below 3.0 should address the circumstances and explain their other experience or qualifications that demonstrate potential to undertake graduate study For more information, please refer to Policy 3.1 Graduate Admissions


    Completion of two quarters or one semester of calculus or statistics. We recommend that applicants have three to five years of work experience in supply chain, transportation, or logistics.  Education can be substituted for experience. You do not need to have all prerequisites complete at the time of application
    GRE Requirements
    GRE Requirement: Not Considered. GRE scores are not required and, if submitted, will not be considered during the admissions decision process.
    Additional Instructions
    The following materials are required to apply to the Master of Supply Chain Transportation and Logistics:
    • UW Graduate School online application and fee.
    • Unofficial transcripts from every college or university attended.
    • Two letters of reference – either two professional or one academic and one professional.
    • Résumé or curriculum vitae.


    Non-Native English Speaker Information
    Graduate School requirement: English language proficiency (ELP) is required for graduate study at the University of Washington. Therefore, every applicant whose native language is not English must demonstrate English language proficiency as outlined in Graduate School Policy 3.2.

    International Student Information
    Applicants who will need a visa should reference the International Applicant Information page. If admitted to the program, international students requesting an F-1 or J-1 visa will be required to provide financial ability documentation to the UW Graduate School.
