Applicants may submit an application while their bachelor's degree is in progress. Official transcripts showing proof of degree completion are required prior to matriculation. Therefore, every applicant whose native language is not English must demonstrate English language proficiency as outlined in Graduate School Policy 3.2. This exam requirement is waived if the applicant holds a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree from a regionally accredited institution where all instruction is in English.
