    Requirements and Prerequisites
    The prospective student must hold a baccalaureate degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related subject from an accredited college or university. See department website.

    Applicants who already hold a master's degree and wish to be considered for "Post-Master's" status should explicitly address this topic in their statement of purpose. See department website.


    Non-Native English Speaker Information
    Graduate School requirement: English language proficiency (ELP) is required for graduate study at the University of Washington. Therefore, every applicant whose native language is not English must demonstrate English language proficiency as outlined in Graduate School Policy 3.2.
