The DXARTS program requires non-native English speakers to submit either official TOEFL or IETLS scores. These requirements different from the minimum requirements established by the UW Graduate School. Non-native English speakers who do not submit either official TOEFL or IETLS scores will not be considered for admission. International Student Information Applicants who will need a visa should reference the International Applicant Information page. If admitted to the program, international students requesting an F-1 or J-1 visa will be required to provide financial ability documentation to the UW Graduate School. Typical departmental funding is provided for a period of two years, depending on satisfactory progress and availability of funding. Two additional years possible upon meeting benchmarks on the proscribed degree timeline. Suggested deadline for international applicants is January 1. GRE scores are not required but are encouraged.
