Test Scores:
If you are applying for either the concurrent MLA/MArch or MLA/MUP degree program, you must complete separate applications for both programs. You may use the same letters of recommendation for both programs, however, we recommend that you inform those writing letters for you that you are applying to both degrees so their letter can address both programs. Non-Native English Speaker Information Graduate School requirement: English language proficiency (ELP) is required for graduate study at the University of Washington. Therefore, every applicant whose native language is not English must demonstrate English language proficiency as outlined in Graduate School Policy 3.2. Program requirement: Test scores indicating English proficiency is required for applicants from countries in which the official language is not English.
